By using Bookoo service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
Bookoo is a web application for managing bookings, clients, and business operations. We provide tools for online booking, calendar, client notifications (SMS/email), invoicing, and analytics. The service is intended for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You must ensure the accuracy of entered data, protect your login credentials, and immediately report any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment Terms
For paid features, you agree to timely payment of subscription fees. Prices are listed on the website and may change with 30 days prior notice. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Service Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will have access until the end of the billing period. For refunds on early cancellation, contact us. We reserve the right to terminate service for terms violation.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not assume liability for loss of revenue, data, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or within the application. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of new terms.
